Transactional email
Stampwing is for legitimate transactional email requested by the recipient or necessary to an existing customer interaction, including account verification, password resets, receipts, and account notifications. Marketing campaigns and a human mailbox product are outside the current service.
Prohibited activity
Do not send phishing, credential theft, fraud, impersonation, malware, harmful attachments, harassment, threats, recipient bombing, or unlawful content. Do not use purchased or scraped recipient lists, unsolicited bulk outreach, or attempt to evade suppressions. Do not recreate suspended accounts or distribute traffic to bypass safety limits.
Sender responsibilities
Use domains you control, protect your credentials, send only to intended recipients, and maintain evidence of how they requested the messages. Follow applicable privacy and anti-spam rules. Stop sending to addresses that complain or permanently bounce.
Review and enforcement
We review live-use requests and may hold, reject, or pause activity while investigating risk. Automated checks can make mistakes; a held message is not a legal judgment. Contact the operator or use the abuse form with relevant case or message IDs to request review. Unverified public allegations do not automatically suspend a customer.
Violations may lead to credential revocation, sending suspension, or account closure, subject to applicable law. Paying for a subscription does not exempt an account from these rules.
