Overages are off by default. Paid plans can enable them from $1 per 1,000 extra recipients or incoming messages, with a cap you set. We stop new activity before it exceeds your cap.

Questions
What counts toward my allowance?
Each outbound recipient counts once. An email to three recipients uses three units. Each incoming message counts once per destination project. Sending and receiving have separate allowances; retries and duplicate notifications don’t count twice.
What happens when I reach my limit?
Free includes 100 outbound recipients per day and 3,000 per month. The daily allowance is shared across your workspace and resets at midnight UTC. Paid plans have no daily cap; they stop at their monthly allowances unless you enable overages and set an additional spending cap. Pending activity counts toward your cap. Failed requests released before submission aren’t billed. Messages already submitted can’t be recalled.
How do automatic price caps work?
We apply a cheaper applicable tier price when it lowers your extra charges. Your total can’t fall below your selected plan’s monthly fee. The discount doesn’t change your subscription or unlock another plan’s domain, storage or retention limits.
Can I use several projects and domains?
Yes. Your allowance is shared across projects in one workspace. Each sending domain uses a domain slot; its included receiving subdomain doesn’t use another. Separate workspaces have separate plans.
Can I send live emails right away?
Your account is approved as soon as you sign up. Verify your sending domain and connect your app to send live email. Plan allowances, API and sending rate limits, and automatic abuse checks apply. Inbox placement is never guaranteed.
